Michele Arsenault is an Operations Manager at Granite Islands Private Wealth where she is responsible for managing the needs of clients efficaciously – from handling the simplest requests to solving their most complex needs.

She has over 20 years of financial services experience, holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, and is known for her focus on delivering personalized, high-quality service. She also has a strong background in multi-custodial platforms – serving as a trusted liaison for clients and supporting them with a wide range of service and administrative needs—including new accounts, digital access, distributions, and general inquiries. Her goal is to ensure a seamless and responsive client experience.

Before joining Granite Islands Private Wealth, Michele developed a deep understanding of client service excellence across dynamic financial environments in her roles as Vice President, Client Service and Relations at Altium Group, Senior Client Associate at The Andriole Group, and Registered Client Associate at both Merrill Lynch and UBS Financial Services.

Michele is married, has two cats, and enjoys reading and art. A fun fact about Michele is that, when she was younger, she worked as a historical Interpreter at Old Sturbridge Village, engaging and educating visitors about life in 19th century New England.
